ACGL staff and associates have completed assignments all across Canada. As well, they have International consulting experience in the United States, Carribean, South America, Europe, and South East Asia.
Each has over 30 years of business and consulting experience. They have advised the leaders of many of Canada's largest organizations in both the Public and Private sectors.
ACGL operates primarily with its founding staff. Qualified associates from other consulting organizations and selected Universities are used when additional staff or expertise are required to meet the needs of the client or demands of the project.
ACGL staff are specialists. Projects are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Project teams are structured to include staff with knowledge of the industry and the business operations under study as well as the organizational structures and information technology that may be most appropriate. They have the ability and experience to understand strategic and Board issues as well as relating to and dealing with Senior Management.
Client staff are expected to participate in projects whenever possible and practical. ACGL consultants view skills transfer as an essential element of most projects. This is especially true with our work in business re-engineering and change management.
